Escrow Assistant (Entry-Level Welcome)

📍 Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our growing team in Koreatown.

No prior escrow experience is required. If you are willing to learn, work hard, and pay close attention to details, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist with escrow files and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Prepare and organize documents
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties
• Keep files organized and ensure deadlines are met
• Support the escrow officer throughout the transaction process

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn
• Organized and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required
