Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator role based in Edina, MN. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing offsets, and inspecting parts using measurement tools to ensure they meet quality standards. The role also involves routine machine maintenance, documentation of production data, and collaboration with supervisors and machinists to resolve issues or improve processes. The CNC Operator will follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement in efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and CNC Machinery, including setup, basic programming adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Turning and Milling processes, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong Quality Control skills, including part inspection, use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges), and attention to detail.
• Understanding of general shop practices, safety standards, and material handling in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar manufacturing role; technical or trade school training in machining is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as needed, and work assigned shifts, including potential overtime.
• Effective communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Pay $20-$26 per hour plus 3% IRA match, Holiday, PTO,
