Looking for a sales role with no ceiling? UD Roofing has been in the DMV for 25 years and we're growing our sales team. Sales experience preferred — roofing experience not required, we'll train you. Top reps earn $150K-$200K+.

THE ROLE

Full-cycle sales position. You canvass storm-hit neighborhoods, identify roof damage, walk homeowners through their insurance claim, and close the job. You own the deal start to finish — no splitting commissions.

COMPENSATION

- 12% of gross contract on self-generated deals

- Scales to 15% after $200K closed-and-collected production

- Scales to 18% after $500K closed-and-collected production

- Supplements paid at the same rate

- Commission paid on insurance proceeds received

- First-year reps typically earn $90K–$130K

- Top producers earn $150K–$250K+

- Commission only — no draw

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Sales experience (any kind — D2D, retail, B2B, solar, pest, satellite, knives, anything)

- Roofing experience welcome but not required, we'll train

- Hungry, self-managed, ready to work

- Comfortable talking to homeowners and climbing a ladder

- Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Russian) is a big plus

REQUIREMENTS

- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean background

- Willing to work weekends and weekday evenings (when homeowners are home)

SCHEDULE

You set your own hours. Weekday evenings and weekend afternoons are usually best for D2D. Plus storm-response deployment when weather hits the DMV.
