The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and communication skills, alongside a vision for how technology (software/digital tools) can optimize a well-established construction business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Office Admin
• Email Management
• Appointment Setting up
• Organization
Design & Drafting
• Deck Drawings: Create clear, accurate 2D/3D deck drawings and layouts to help clients visualize their projects (training or adjustment period for specific software can be provided, but basic spatial/design comfort is required).
Technology & Business Growth
• Tech Integration: Bring fresh ideas and a clear vision for using modern software/tools to improve our workflow (e.g., CRM systems, project management apps, advanced design software, or automated client follow-ups).
• Help us bridge our 40+ years of proven craftsmanship with modern digital efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or the construction/design industry is a major plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written (email) and verbal (phone) communication skills. Friendly, professional, and clear.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple schedules and client details accurately without things slipping through the cracks.
