We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the operations and leasing activities of a growing townhome community. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This role requires a professional who is both operationally focused and sales-oriented, with experience using property management software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the townhome community.
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention.
• Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing initiatives to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare monthly reports, prepare budgets, manage collections, and ensure high level property performance.
• Prepare financial, leasing, collections, occupancy and maintenance reports and maintain accurate resident records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all fair housing regulations.
• Manage capital projects
• Manage Payroll (if necessary)
• Supervise Maintenance staff and all on site repairs and improvements
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities to effectively manage the project in a first class and professional manner

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably with Leased townhomes or multifamily communities.
• Strong sales and leasing background with a proven ability to increase occupancy.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, Entrata, Acumatica, or similar platforms).
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Florida CAM and Realtor licenses preferred but not required.
