Role Overview

This role primarily focuses on delivering insightful analytics and business reporting to aid decision-making and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and track performance.

Key Responsibilities Reporting

• Timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and Honda Motor Corporation.
• Enhance reporting systems to identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions quickly.
• Collaborate with Automotive department heads to implement, track, and report on transformational activities.
• Gather and consolidate data from various sources.
• Work closely with senior management teams across different functions.

Analysis

• Assist in the forecasting process by building operational models to assess the potential impact of various initiatives.
• Prepare pricing models at the operational level to ensure profit margins align with company standards.
• Report on cross-functional activities and drive change through agile change management processes, contributing to the growth in volume and profits.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
