U.S. Turbine & Accessory

We are seeking a Tig Welder to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Our work is very unique, and our employees have autonomy over their work. We believe an empowered workforce works better and delivers stronger results. Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Minimum 2 years TIG welding experience with stainless steel or exotic stainless alloys.
• Experience in repair welding. Working with worn, corroded, and fatigued metals.
• Familiarity with air powered rotary tools or die grinders.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Turbine & Accessory, LLC is a 22-year veteran of the aviation industry specializing in MRO services and parts for jet engines. We are an FAA/EASA certified OEM authorized repair station holding Class 3 Turbine Engine and Class 1, 2 & 3 accessory ratings. We currently service General Electric CJ610, CF700, J85 and CF34 engines throughout all parts of the world for civilian and military aircraft.
In the past 2 years, we've grown dramatically and we're not done yet! Late last year, we moved into our 3rd facility and have plans to expand further.
