What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet the high standards our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting in-process and finished goods on the production floor
- Performing basic product tests and documenting results accurately
- Completing quality records and reports, including nonconformance documentation
- Assisting with audits and supporting production teams as needed
- Communicating quality concerns to supervisors and helping train operators once you're fully trained
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
We welcome motivated candidates - and we're especially interested in individuals who have:
- Six months to one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment(required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience with EtQ or manufacturing specifications is a plus.
