Successful candidates who demonstrate leadership, initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client success may have opportunities to expand their responsibilities and advance into positions focused on client relationship management, account support, and business growth.If you're looking for a position that offers more than a routine daily task list and provides a pathway for professional development, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesTravel daily to licensed cannabis grower and processor facilities throughout PennsylvaniaPerform random and representative compliance sampling of cannabis and cannabis productsFollow strict aseptic techniques during sample collection to prevent contaminationAccurately complete chain-of-custody forms, manifests, and electronic documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Ensure secure and compliant transportation of samples to the laboratoryBuild and maintain positive professional relationships with clientsServe as a trusted point of contact for clients during facility visitsCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding scheduling, field observations, and operational needsDemonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when unexpected situations arise in the fieldAssist with laboratory intake, accessioning, inventory tracking, and documentationMaintain clean and organized sampling kits, laboratory spaces, and transport vehiclesAdhere to all company policies, laboratory procedures, and Pennsylvania cannabis regulationsPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsRequiredMust be at least 21 years oldValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to meet PA state cannabis employment requirementsReliable transportationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptabilityComfort with frequent travel and extended time driving.
