Anesthesiologist Opportunity At UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital

Opening for anesthesiologist at state-of-the-art UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital conveniently located in York, PA. The new UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital, that opened in August 2019, is a 98-bed hospital with all private patient rooms. This modern facility features acute and emergency medical care, cardiology and vascular services, robotics and surgical services, and much more. With on-site space for future expansion, UPMC Memorial Hospital is continually evolving to better serve community health needs and is committed to being a sustainable choice for quality healthcare in the community. The team goes out of their way to help each and is a very friendly and family-oriented group.

Case Assignments & Schedule• Schedule: In-house call only if you reside more than 30 minutes from the hospital. • Six calls per month. Post call day off.• General, endo, ortho, L&D, and more

Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements• MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
