Residential Construction Consultant

The national leader in the industry of Residential Construction Consulting has a Full time, or part-time/ transition to full-time position available. Help people build or remodel their own homes. Great opportunity for qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs Project management experience in new single-family home construction (and/or remodeling)
• Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have:
• Well established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendor/suppliers serving the San Antonio and Surrounding Areas
• Solid business, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer and writing skills are a must.
• Team player orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From Competitive

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
