ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I earned a degree in chemical engineering and later completed my MBA in finance. My background includes sales roles with Boeing as well as software sales during the COVID era, giving me a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building.
Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We partner with local nonprofits, sponsor local sports teams, and encourage our team to stay active in community events and volunteer opportunities. I always make it a priority to recognize and highlight team members who give back.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Volk - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
