ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026 and has quickly grown into a team of six. My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 2012–2016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 2016–2026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams.
I’m a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. We’re very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
