Lois Tire Shop is a high-volume, fast-paced shop looking for motivated General Service and Tire Technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow their skills and careers. If you're reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality service, we want you on our team.
What You’ll DoPerform general maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, mounting/balancing tires, and basic inspections
Assist with vehicle diagnostics and repair processes as needed
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Communicate clearly with team members and follow repair orders
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
Road-test vehicles when required to ensure quality workmanship
What We’re Looking ForStrong work ethic and positive attitude
Mechanical aptitude and desire to grow into more advanced repairs
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume shop
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Must have basic tools (shop equipment provided)
Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays
