Sales Support Representative

Pay: $17.50/hr starting
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Bonus: Eligible after 30 days with completed training, strong attendance, and meeting performance expectations

Tuff Jug is growing fast, and we’re hiring a Sales Support Representative to help new dealers get started with our dealer program. Internally, this role is part of our Dealer Success team.

This is a phone-heavy sales and customer support role. You’ll be calling warm dealer applicants, explaining our program, helping them get set up, and following up until they place their first order. You’ll also support existing dealers with questions, reorders, and general account needs.

This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, coachable, comfortable talking on the phone, and interested in growing into sales, account management, or team leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Call new dealer applicants shortly after they apply
• Explain the Tuff Jug dealer program in a clear and helpful way
• Help dealers get set up in our dealer portal
• Follow up with dealers who have not placed their first order
• Answer product, pricing, and program questions
• Track calls, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
• Help existing dealers with reorder questions and account support
• Work with the sales team to improve dealer conversion and retention

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls
• Friendly, confident communication
• Coachable and willing to follow a process
• Organized enough to manage follow-ups and CRM notes
• Positive attitude, even when tasks are repetitive
• Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the day
• Sales, customer service, retail, restaurant, call center, or dealership experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay is $17.50/hr.

After 30 days, team members may become eligible for the bonus plan after completing initial training, maintaining strong attendance, and meeting performance expectations.

There are also performance-based pay increases available during the first 90 days:

• 60 days: Eligible for a $0.50/hr increase based on attendance, training progress, activity, and performance
• 90 days: Eligible for an additional $0.50/hr increase based on attendance, independence in the role, activity, and performance

Strong performers may realistically earn the equivalent of $20-$22+/hr through base pay and bonuses as they become fully trained and productive.

As the team grows, there may be opportunities to move into roles such as Senior Sales Support Representative, Dealer Success Specialist, Team Lead, Dealer Development, Account Management, or other sales roles.
