Pay & Earning Potential

• $800-$1,000 per week
• Weekly direct deposit
• Tips, performance incentives, and 5-star review bonuses
• Performance-based pay (piece-rate)
• Most technicians earn $25-$28/hr depending on efficiency and experience

No gimmicks--team members who show up consistently, communicate well, and take pride in their work often earn $1,000+ per week, frequently in under 40 hours.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• No nights
• No weekends

Our schedule is structured but dynamic. People who thrive here embrace flexibility and adapt quickly.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll complete professional residential cleanings using our detailed checklists and proven methods. Homes typically include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared living spaces.

You're welcome to listen to music or audiobooks while you work, stay active throughout the day, and feel proud knowing your work genuinely helps people feel at peace in their homes. We're known for our standards--and we train you thoroughly so you feel confident meeting them.

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid driver's license
• A reliable vehicle with current insurance
• A smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs regularly
• Fluency in spoken and written English (no translation apps)
• Live within 30 minutes (or 20 miles) of Somerville, NJ
