Job Summary:
TubeScience Labs is the applied-AI team inside TubeScience, the largest performance-video company in paid social. They are seeking a Product Manager to own the development of AI-powered media buying products, shape product evolution, and collaborate with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Build AI-powered products — Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship alongside engineers
• Shape the roadmap: Bring a product and engineering point of view to how this tooling grows — what we build, in what order, and why.
• Design cohesive experiences — Unify multiple verticals into one product that feels seamless
• Collaborate with engineering — Work closely with the team, speaking the same language
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5+ years of experience in product management.
• Media buying experience and understanding of advertising industry pain points.
• Strong UX sensibility to build tools that feel obvious and pleasant to use.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating LLM APIs without hand-holding.
• Ability to learn fast in new domains, including advertising and proprietary methodologies.
• Experience in shipping, documenting, and owning products with measurable impact.
Preferred:
• Experience integrating AI into production workflows.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms from scratch and living with the foundational decisions.
