This role combines several responsibilities during our growth phase and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organization, communication, and helping others succeed.
The position currently offers significant remote flexibility, but candidates should understand that as the company grows, this role is expected to transition into a hybrid and eventually office-based position in South Jersey.
This is a growth opportunity rather than a static position.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Success
Conduct post-job follow-up calls.
Verify customer satisfaction.
Request Google reviews.
Ask for referrals.
Assist with membership renewals.
Help resolve customer concerns professionally.
Recruiting & Talent Support
Review applications.
Conduct initial candidate outreach.
Schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines.
Support onboarding activities.
Track certifications and employee records.
Lead Management
Administrative Support
Data entry.
File organization.
Reporting.
Calendar coordination.
General office support.
Employee Development Support
