Job description

The Client Experience Coordinator plays a vital role within the client services team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between clients and the company. This position focuses on managing appointment scheduling, resolving client issues promptly, and maintaining accurate data records. The coordinator interacts primarily through phone calls and emails, utilizing various tools such as CRM software, scheduling applications, and reporting dashboards to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for clients
  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain client records
  • Communicate with clients through phone calls and email correspondence
  • Utilize CRM software and scheduling tools to support client services

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Accurate data entry skills
