Job description
TrueLayer seeks a Head of Compliance (PCF-12) to lead regulatory strategy and execution across European markets. You will manage regulatory engagements, policy development, and compliance controls, reporting to the Board and Executive team on regulatory requirements and risks.
In this role you will build a robust compliance framework, oversee AML/CFT and sanctions processes, and drive a culture of compliance across business units while staying aligned with evolving Irish and EU rules.
