Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Document client interactions and treatment efforts accurately, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops and trainings, to stay ahead of trends and enhance clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the unique cultural and social backgrounds of each client is essential to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive therapeutic relationships.
  • A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a commitment to a non-judgmental approach in client interactions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in community health settings or clinics, particularly in remote or teletherapy environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage patient documentation.
  • Specialization in areas of therapy that align with organizational needs, such as trauma-informed care or substance use counseling.
