Join True Fab & Powder as a Fabrication Shop Machine Technician

Picture your workday in our Chandler, Arizona facility: you clock in at 6:00 AM, gear up, and step onto a clean, fast-moving shop floor where precision and teamwork drive the day. You’ll handle metal with confidence, set up equipment, and keep parts moving so our production team can hit every mark by 4:30 PM.

What a typical day looks like
  • Set up and run band saws and cold saws to cut raw stock accurately.
  • Lay out and measure materials using a tape measure and basic gauges.
  • Prep material for secondary operations and ensure parts flow smoothly to the next stage.
  • Support general shop tasks to keep production on schedule.
  • Prepare parts for powder coating as needed to meet finish requirements.

Work Schedule: 6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday
