Tropical Window is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in replacement windows and doors throughout Citrus County and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their workmanship, and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows and doors
• Install entry doors, sliding glass doors, French doors, and impact products
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Keep jobsites clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Work safely and efficiently with your crew
• Represent Tropical Window in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous window and door installation experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to work well with others
