Role Description The Automotive Locksmith role at Triple R Locksmith is a full-time, on-site position based in Grapevine, TX. This role involves diagnosing and resolving automotive lock and key issues, including key cutting, key programming, lock repair, lock replacement, and emergency lockout assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include traveling to customer locations, assessing lock and security problems, using specialized tools and equipment, and documenting all services performed. The Automotive Locksmith will interact directly with customers, explain recommended solutions, provide cost estimates, and ensure a safe and professional service experience. The role also includes basic vehicle and tool maintenance, adherence to safety and security protocols, and coordination with the team to manage service calls and schedules.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong locksmithing skills, including automotive lock and key services, key cutting, and lock repair.
• Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills, including general maintenance and troubleshooting of tools, equipment, and related systems.
• Candidates should possess welding and millwork skills or experience working with metal and hardware components related to lock installation or repair.
