Staff Accountant – Manufacturing

At Trillium Foods, we’re building something special—bringing together multiple legacy businesses into one high-growth, people-first organization. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our manufacturing operations in Brundidge, Alabama.

This is a hands-on role working closely with plant operations, supporting financial reporting, inventory, and day-to-day accounting activities. If you enjoy being connected to the business—not just behind a desk—this role offers strong exposure and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with inventory tracking, valuation, and cycle counts
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy
• Help prepare financial reports, including COGS and inventory analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and basic variance analysis
• Support process improvements and ongoing system enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or inventory exposure a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally
