Role Description The Print Shop Production Worker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Molalla, OR. This role involves operating and monitoring printing and finishing equipment, assisting with production lines, and preparing materials such as paper, ink, and substrates for daily jobs. The Production Worker will perform basic machine setup, run test prints, and ensure jobs meet quality standards before completion. Day-to-day tasks include packing and labeling finished products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety and maintenance procedures. The role also requires working with team members to prioritize jobs, adapt to changing workloads, and meet production schedules.
Qualifications

• Experience with production assistance and working on production lines.
• Skills in machine operation, including setup, basic troubleshooting, and safe use of printing or related equipment.
• Ability to perform quality control checks and verify accuracy and consistency of printed materials.
• Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance, time management skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout a shift; ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in a print shop, manufacturing, or similar production environment is preferred but not required.
