Supervisory It Project Manager (Director)
As a Supervisory IT Project Manager (Director), you will:
- Oversee the work of subordinate staff members who are engaged in the management of significant IT projects, essential to the shared service mission of the Department and impactful to the customer population exceeding 200,000 users on a long-term or continuing basis.
- Provide all necessary coordination in the review and approval of proposed projects, proposed application projects, and exercise full project management responsibility for planning, administrating, budgeting, training, organizing, controlling, and reviewing the utilization of total project resources.
- Develop and manage full lifecycle projects supporting Treasury's shared service offerings within the HR Line of Business beginning with requirements elicitation and continuing through development, test, deployment, and postproduction support.
- Lead executive and senior leadership meetings, representing Treasury shared service delivery for full lifecycle application-based projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate work performance of subordinates; Give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
