Job description

Sales Executive — AI Automation & Software (Confidential)

Are you TIRED of seeing these halfbaked "website"or "chat bot" jobs? Us too. You're not just selling a quarter of a real product for someone who doesn't know the vertical or clients. We only build and sell what we know to who we understand. No Pre-Screened interviews. No million questions to apply.

We're a full-service AI automation, software, and web design company building the next generation of digital products. This role isn't just selling websites — it's the entry point into a product organization that ships new software verticals every quarter.

The Trajectory
- **Months 1–2:** Sell high-value websites, AI agents, and automation workflows to SMBs
- **Months 3–6:** Transition to selling our first proprietary SaaS products as they launch
- **Months 6+:** Step into **Director / Manager / Lead** roles for each product line — ownership, team building, P&L

Every product launch creates a new leadership seat. The first sales hires fill them.

What You'll Do
- **100+ outbound calls/day** — cold, referral, inbound follow-up
- **1–2 closed deals/day** — consistent, repeatable, measured
- Run the full cycle: prospect → demo → proposal → close → handoff
- Feed product teams real market signal that shapes roadmap

Requirements
- **2+ years** in high-volume, high-expectation sales (SaaS, agency, telecom, solar, insurance — if you've hit 100 calls/day and loved it, talk to us)
- Proven ability to close 1–2 deals/day consistently
- Comfortable selling technical products to non-technical buyers
- CRM hygiene is non-negotiable

Compensation
-Daily Pay. You close. We pay. simple.

- commission structure discussed in final rounds
- Commission **scales with outcomes** — the more you close, the higher the rate
- Equity discussion for early hires who stay through product transitions
