A growing custom woodworking and cabinetry manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and wood components
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate woodworking equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Perform fitting, sanding, assembly, and finishing preparation work
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, finish carpentry, or related trades
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Experience with woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
