About the Company Our client is a Houston-based integrated network cabling, fiber, and audio-visual provider with over 35 years of service in the Texas commercial low-voltage market. With more than 89 locations across the country, they support everything from brand-new commercial construction projects to complex retrofit installations using advanced equipment and highly skilled teams. Their culture is centered around providing employees with a safe, productive, healthy, and growth-oriented workplace where technicians can continue building their skills and advancing their careers. What You'll Be Doing
- Install and troubleshoot commercial AV systems and devices
- Pull, route, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling
- Install displays, projectors, speakers, racks, and control systems
- Assist with rack buildouts and system integration
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings
- Work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers to complete projects efficiently
- Help maintain job site safety and professionalism
- 2+ years of commercial AV, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience
- Experience with AV installations and cable terminations
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Team player with a desire to grow into leadership roles
