Light Fabrication & Assembly

Trade & Show Manufacturing has an immediate need for fabricators of its Versatop™ product line. This is a 1st shift, MON-FRI, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM opportunity with OT available. Pay rates are $18 - $20/DOE, eligible for PTO accumulation after 90 days. Bonus program available based on productivity. Individuals will be working in a climate-controlled environment.

General Description:

Fabricate aluminum tube products, expanding, punching, drilling, riveting, and assembling product. Expected to strictly follow safety guidelines and procedures. Advancement opportunities for those who excel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle various lengths of aluminum tubes, using machines to expand ends, punch holes, drill, and secure parts using pneumatic rivet guns.
• Apply labels according to specifications.
• Assemble nesting tubes after the fabrication and labeling process.
• Shelf stack finished products for shipping.
• PPE (provide by the employer): Safety glasses/goggles, Hearing protection, Cut resistant gloves

What you will need:

• Experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
• Additional experience with the following is a HUGE PLUS:
  • Brake Press or Punch Brake
  • Hydraulic Press
  • Miter Chop Saw
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and or push roll carts weighing several hundred pounds.
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to stand throughout an 8-10 shift
• Strong communication skills – listening and speaking, writing and reading English. 
• Spanish/English Bi-Lingual speaking is a plus.
• Be punctual every day
• Must be able to work OT as needed, this will include occasional Saturdays.
