Job description

This is a full-time position working on-site in Omaha, NE with working hours of Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. The Jr. Account Manager is directly responsible for organizing client vaccination programs.


Responsibilities
Work directly with the TotalWellness clients to oversee implementation of their vaccination program. Serve as liaison between the client and TotalWellness nursing, scheduling, accounting, and logistics departments.

  • Gather requested event dates and times from clients.
  • Enter events into TotalWellness scheduling system.
  • Setup online registration for events.
  • Setup flu voucher programs for clients.
  • Field client inquiries.
  • Monitor events and review provided feedback.
  • Create client utilization reports.


The Jr. Account Manager also aids other departments by:

  • Verifying data.
  • Answering participant questions via phone and email.
  • Booking travel for medical professionals.
  • Completing other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of account management, customer services, or other related experience
  • Associate’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community Health, Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • High energy, self-directed personality
  • Efficient and fast learner who pays attention to detail
  • Ability to interact daily with clients and mange client relationships
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
