Total Wellness Therapy is a therapist owned and operated company whose focus is to create a better quality life for seniors through excellence, customer service and therapeutic rapport. At TWT, people come first- both our team members and those we serve. We are seeking a Full Time Lead Physical Therapist for our location at Beo of Franklin Senior Living Community. Position also requires floating to a clinic in Bellevue 1-1.5 days a week as needed to supervise and perform evaluations for a PTA.

Position includes delivering high quality Out-Patient and Home Health therapy. Lead duties include managing the clinic caseload, maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, gathering documents needed for home health and/or outpatient referrals, maintaining patient charts, and conducting exercise groups and education events as requested.
