You’ll combine your sales expertise with design instincts to guide customers through high-impact, emotionally rewarding transformations—and be rewarded for results.

Your Impact
As a Total Kitchen Makeover Design Consultant, you will:
  • Meet homeowners to uncover needs, urgency, and budget.
  • Present stunning solutions for kitchens, custom closets, garage storage, and home organization systems using Total Kitchen Makeover’s premium products and proven processes.
  • Guide clients with clarity and confidence through the decision-making process.
  • Close sales on the first visit and submit clean, production-ready jobs.
  • Manage your schedule effectively while supporting your team.
Who You Are
You’re not looking for just another sales job—you want to win, make an impact, and be recognized for your excellence.
  • A proven one-call closer with a track record of success.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience.
  • Tech-savvy with iOS devices and sales software tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of home improvement projects (preferred).
  • Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong design instincts.
  • Personable, persuasive, and able to connect quickly with customers.
  • Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $120,000 to $300,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped).
