Tom Ottery Transit, Inc. is a Family-Owned Company that has been servicing the dairy industry for over 75 years. We run a Fleet of 25 trucks Mack, Volvo, Western Star & Kenworth and have over 40 Food Grade Kosher tankers that we operate throughout the Midwest, main products we haul are Raw Milk & Cream. We have a full-service onsite shop that handles all of our truck and trailer maintenance, repairs and inspections in house. Our facility is based just outside of Fond du lac, WI on County Road UU. We are expanding our Regional Operations and are looking to hire on 1-2 Full Time Regional Drivers, this position consists of delivering loads of Raw milk from our Fond du lac facility to processing plants in Southern Wisconsin and Illinois and then picking up loads of Cream or Condensed Skim out of Michigan same day and delivering back to processing plants in Wisconsin the following day. These runs average 1025 miles per run and driver is home every other day for the evening, then leave out again the following morning. Scheduling is flexible, we are currently looking for someone to fill one the following schedules.

Option#1 More Home time: (5 on-2 off / 4 on-3 off) Avg Pay. $85,000.00 Annual Gross

Work 5 days (Tuesday - Saturday)

OFF 2 days (Sunday - Monday)

WORK 4 days (Tuesday - Friday)

OFF 3 days (Saturday - Monday).

All outgoing loads of Milk are pre -loaded here at our Fond du lac facility, (no samplers license needed). All drivers have their own assigned trucks, Current trucks open are both Mack Anthem's with 12 Speed mDrive transmisions.

Mileage pay $0.66 per mile

Qualifications and Skills

Must have 2 years experience (Class A Tanker)

Clean driving record.

Class A Commercial License with Tanker Endorsement

"Insurable Driving Record"

Tom Ottery Transit, Inc. is a trucking company that specializes in the hauling of Liquid Dairy Products (Raw Milk, Cream and Whey). We have our own producers that we pickup milk from on a daily basis with Quad Axle Tank Straight Trucks, Tractor Pump Trailers and Direct Ship Tankers , we also operate a Transfer Station where our farm pickup milk is transfered over to OTR Tankers for delivery the same day or next day, for delivery drivers we have loacal drivers that deliver to proccesing plants in Wisconsin as well as Regional Drivers that deliver our products and pickup products from customers out of State.
