Role Description The Title Companies role at Together Notary is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairfax, VA. The role involves coordinating and processing title and escrow documents, ensuring that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include communicating with title companies, lenders, real estate professionals, and clients, providing timely updates and resolving questions related to title and closing processes. The position requires delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, supporting training efforts for internal staff or partners as needed, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The role also includes working closely with the broader team to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and support a smooth closing experience for all parties.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of escrow processes and the ability to manage closing documents and funds accurately.
  • Familiarity with title insurance practices and basic understanding of real estate transactions.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, title companies, lenders, and internal team members.
