Position Overview

Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, focusing on providing comprehensive support for infants and toddlers at our Detox Center in Tallahassee, Florida. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000, recognizing our commitment to fair compensation for your expertise and commitment.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote but is centered around our Detox Center in Tallahassee, where our team works collaboratively to provide essential services to clients. As a provider of Family Services, you will engage with clients and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, addressing their individual needs and development.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor progress and outcomes, engaging with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is upheld.
• Provide coaching and guidance to families, empowering them with strategies and resources that promote their child's development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment methodologies to structure interventions that are meaningful and impactful.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a healthy environment for growth and learning.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations to guarantee safe and effective practices.
• Administer evaluations efficiently while being mindful of each child's unique learning style and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve infants and toddlers with various disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will significantly contribute to their early intervention services, helping them acquire vital physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their critical early years. Your work will directly influence positive outcomes for these children and their families by implementing individualized support strategies that cater to their specific requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• At least one year of professional experience working with children and families in early intervention settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and adaptability to different learning styles.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience with children in early intervention is required, experience with diverse populations and familiarity with community resources can provide a significant advantage.
