Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary:

Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing home, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to residents. About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to residents
  • Identifying and addressing facility issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Developing and managing budgets to achieve financial goals
Requirements:
  • Current Ohio License as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a related leadership role
  • Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and budgeting skills
Additional Information:
  • This is an interim assignment
  • 1099 contract position with a weekly pay rate of $2,400-$2,600.
