We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer (Desk Side Support) to provide onsite technical support to end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, network, and peripheral issues while delivering excellent customer service.
