12-Volt Technician / Automotive Electronics Installer

Are you passionate about automotive electronics and custom vehicle upgrades? TINT WORLD Baltimore is looking for an experienced 12-Volt Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in clean installations, attention to detail, and excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation

• $60,000–$80,000+ per year
• Hourly pay or Salary + Commission (based on experience and qualifications)
• Performance incentives available
• Paid vacation
• Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket car audio systems
• Remote starts and security systems
• Dash cameras
• Backup cameras
• LED lighting and interior ambient lighting
• Subwoofers, amplifiers, speakers, DSPs, and head units
• Radar detectors and laser shifters
• OEM integration and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Experience as a 12-volt installer or automotive electronics technician
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail with clean, professional installations
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• MECP certification is a plus, but not required
