What Youll Do

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, youll be educating individuals who have already shown interest in our services. Your job is to connect with warm leads, build rapport quickly, identify client needs, and enroll them into coverage.

This is a fast-paced, high-activity position where your effort directly impacts your success and future earning potential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling prescheduled appointments for Health Coverage NO cold calling
• Building strong first impressions with potential clients
• Enrolling individuals into Health Insurance or Medicare plans.
• Managing high call volume and daily activity goals
• Maintaining accurate client records and data entry
• Coordinating follow-ups and ensuring a smooth client experience
• Learning proven sales and communication techniques from top-performing professionals
