• Starting Rate: $18/hour during training, moving to $20-$26/hour once you're on deck!

We operate out of Choice Fitness locations in:

• Salisbury, MA
• Peabody, MA
• Methuen, MA

About You
You're high-energy, reliable, and you love seeing that "aha!" moment when a student gains confidence in the water.

• Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!).
• Certifications: You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We'll help you get there!
• Mindset: You're punctual and dependable. Our students rely on seeing your friendly face every week.
• Education: High School Diploma required.

What You'll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you aren't just watching from the sidelines...you're in the water, making a difference.

• Lead skill-based lessons for beginners of all ages.
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and focused environment.
• Follow our unique curriculum designed to develop proper technique from day one.
