The Level 2 Plant Mechanic is a mid‐level maintenance technician responsible for performing routine and moderately complex mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting across the plant. This role supports production uptime by handling day‐to‐day maintenance tasks, assisting with larger repairs, and ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. A Level 2 mechanic works with limited supervision and is expected to demonstrate solid mechanical competency while continuing to develop advanced troubleshooting skills.
