Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a strong therapeutic alliance from the outset.
• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are customized to align with the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Provide Diverse Counseling Services: Offer individual, couples, and group counseling while utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with a collaborative team of mental health professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.
• Maintain Confidential Records: Ensure meticulous documentation and management of client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in Professional Development: Engage in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training opportunities to enhance professional skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A solid background in providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating an understanding of various mental health treatment frameworks.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions that effectively address the needs of clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards, including the confidentiality and dignity of all clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in treating mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and digital communication platforms.
• Active involvement in community mental health initiatives or workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, new team members will benefit from a sign-on bonus as well as:
