We're closing enterprise deals and building real momentum, and we are looking for a full-cycle seller to scale this success. You'll work directly with the Threekit AI leadership team in a high-trust, high-velocity environment where we're selling a truly differentiated solution.

What You'll Do

• Own the sales process end-to-end: from first call to signed contract, across pilots and enterprise ACV deals.
• Build trust and alignment with executives at mid-market to enterprise manufacturers ($100M-$5B in revenue).
• Sell a new category: AI-guided selling and discovery, with clear ROI and product-market fit.
• Act fast, follow up quickly, pick up the phone, and maintain momentum without hand-holding.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and product to refine the pitch, pricing, and playbook.
• Attend various trade shows throughout the year
• Partner with our cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations.
• Work closely with our Implementation, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Alliances teams to ensure long-term success for our customers.
• Travel for the role is expected; approximately 25% or as business demands

The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office and be present in the office two days a week.

We use AI-powered tools (such as Metaview, Firefiles.Ai, and ChatGPT) to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process, such as interview note-taking, transcription, and summarization. These tools are used to improve efficiency and consistency. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a qualified recruiting professional, and all hiring decisions are made by humans. We do not use AI for selection purposes, but do utilize AI-powered search functions (Metaview/Google) to help identify candidates.
