Three Notch Group is seeking a Utility Project Manager to join our team in Asheville or Charlotte, NC.
The applicant should have the ability to:
Identify client and project opportunities.
Successfully manage over $1,000,000 in net revenue for water and wastewater projects.
Assist clients in developing projects to meet critical success factors.
Independently develop large proposals to include scope, budget, and schedule with little to no oversight.
Diagnose project financial issues and make mid-course corrections.
Support business development efforts in the Carolinas.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in civil engineering
10+ years of experience
Registered Professional Engineer
Valid driverโs license
Management experience in municipal water and wastewater consulting (with a minimum of 8 years as a project manager)
Strong interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to develop and maintain strong client and teammate relationships
