ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked with Liberty Mutual. My experience in the insurance industry, combined with a passion for building strong customer relationships, ultimately led me to agency ownership.
I’m married with four children and have five pets, so family is a huge part of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.  I stay very involved in the local community by sponsoring schools, neighborhood block parties, and other events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Cannon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
