Job Description – Angular Developer (Hybrid)

Client: Citi (via Altimetrik) Location: New York City, NY / Irwin, TX (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time with Altimetrik Salary: USD $120,000 annually

🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Developer to join our team supporting Citi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end development, building scalable and responsive applications, and collaborating in a hybrid work environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (v10+).

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.

• Ensure applications are optimized for performance and responsive across devices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

• Strong expertise in Angular (v10+) framework.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RxJS and state management libraries (NgRx, Akita, etc.).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Financial services or enterprise application development background.

🔹 Employment Details

• Hybrid role – candidates must be able to work onsite at Citi offices in NYC, NY or Irwin, TX as required.

• Candidates will be required to visit the Altimetrik office for the client Karat interview.

• Full-time employment with Altimetrik, supporting Citi projects.
