Job description
The Wilkinson Firm is searching for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue across HR Advisory, Premium Hospitality Staffing, and the emerging GovCon vertical. This partnership role allows you to join as an LLC member, with profit distributions and direct involvement in strategic growth.
You will manage the sales teams and be responsible for orchestrating revenue operations. A strong track record in revenue leadership, ideally across multiple divisions, is essential to scale the firm's revenue to $5M+ in the future.
