Job posting: Registered Behavior Technician
Certification: RBT Certification in process or completed
Responsibilities:

• work with children with autism and various developmental delays and help them to achieve their goals
• collect and record data
• actively communicate with BCBAS, RBTs,
• review and discuss behavior data
• implement behavior plans
• work successfully both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• obtain and sustain certification for RBT
• background check
• strong positive attitude
• ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents
• distinct ability to interact with children with developmental, educational, and

       behavioral needs.

• ability to accept constructive criticism and use this as a catalyst for growth
• excellent time management skills
